概览

CAT22C10 NVRAM 是一款 256 位非易失性存储器，内部组织为 64 个词 x 4 位。高速静态 RAM 阵列由非易失性 EEPROM 阵列逐位备份，从而可以轻松地将数据从 RAM 阵列传输到 EEPROM（存储），以及从 EEPROM 传输到 RAM（调用）。存储操作最多用 10 ms 内完成，而调用操作通常在 1.5 µs 之内完成。CAT22C10 具有无限次 RAM 写入操作，通过外部 RAM 写入或从 EEPROM 内部调用来实现。当 VCC 低于 3.0 V 时，内部错误存储保护电路禁止存储操作。CAT22C10 使用安森美半导体的先进 CMOS 浮动门极技术制造。它在设计上可承受 100,000 个编程/擦除周期 (EEPROM)，并具有 10 年的数据保留期。该器件采用 JEDEC 认可的 18 引线塑料 DIP 和 16 引线 SOIC 封装。
