MC14541B 可编程计时器包括一个 16 级二进制计数器、用于外部电容器和两个电阻的集成振荡器、自动通电重置电路,以及输出控制逻辑。计时通过打开电源初始化,此时在规定的 VDD 范围内启用通电重置并初始化计数器。电源导通时,可以应用外部重置脉冲。发出初始重置命令时,振荡器将以外部 RC 网络确定的频率进行振荡。该 16 级计数器将振荡器频率 (focs) 除以第 n 级频率等于 fosc/2n。
