高性能硅门极 CMOS MC74HC393A 与 LS393 的引脚输出相同。该器件输入兼容标准的 CMOS 输出;带有上拉电阻器,可兼容 LSTTL 输出。 此器件由两个独立 4 位二进制波纹计数器组成,带有来自每个计数器级的并行输出。通过级联两个二进制计数器可实现一个 256 分频计数器。 内部触发器由时钟输入的高电平-低电平转换触发。计数器的重置为异步和有效高电平。由于内部波纹延迟,Q 输出的状态变化不会同时发生。因此,解码的输出信号会发生解码尖峰,不应用作时钟或极性,使用 HC393A 的时钟门控时除外。
