MM74HC125 和 MM74HC126 是通用型 3 态高速非反相缓冲器,采用先进的硅门极 CMOS 工艺。它们具有高驱动电流输出,即使在驱动大总线电容时也能实现高速运行。此类电路具有 CMOS 电路的低功耗,但与低功耗肖特基 TTL 电路相比仍然具有高速度。两个电路均能驱动最多 15 个低功耗肖特基输入。MM74HC125 需要采用 3 态控制输入 C 高电平才能将输出置于高阻抗状态,而 MM74HC126 需要该控制输入为低电平才能将输出置于高阻抗状态。通过对二极管联接 VCC 和接地,防止所有输入因静电放电受损。
