VCX245 包含八个带有 3 态输出的非反相双向缓冲器，适用于总线导向型应用。T/R# 输入决定了数据流向。OE# 输入将 A 和 B 端口置于高阻抗状态，从而将两者禁用。74VCX245 适用于 I/O 兼容性高达 3.6V 的低压（1.4V 至 3.6V）VCC 应用。74VCX245 采用先进的 CMOS 技术制造，在保持 CMOS 低功耗的同时，实现了高速运行。
