LVT574 和 LVTH574 为高速、低功耗八路 D 型触发器,对于每个触发器具有单独的 D 型输入,还具有 3 态输出,适用于总线导向应用。缓冲时钟 (CP) 和输出启用 (OE#) 对于所有触发器是公共的。LVTH574 数据输入包括总线保持,无需外部上拉电阻来保持未使用的输入。这些八路触发器适用于低电压 (3.3V) VCC 应用,但能够提供到 5V 环境的 TTL 接口。LVT574 和 LVTH574 采用先进的 BiCMOS 工艺制造,在保持低功耗的同时,实现了与 5V ABT 类似的高速运行。
