MM74HC175高速D型触发器带互补输出,采用先进硅栅极CMOS技术达到标准CMOS集成电路的高抗干扰度和低功耗以及驱动10个LS-TTL负载的能力。 MM74HC175 D输入信息在时钟脉冲的正向转换边沿被传输至Q和Q#输出。 每个触发器都由外部提供原码和补充输入。 所有四个触发器都由一个共用时钟和一个共用CLEAR控制。 清零由CLEAR输入的一个负脉冲完成。 所有四个Q输出被清零至逻辑"0",所有四个Q#输出设为逻辑"1"。 74HC逻辑系列的功能和引脚分配与标准74LS逻辑系列兼容。 保护所有输入端,以免因内部二极管钳位至VCC和地线的静电放电而受到损坏。
