NC7SZ374 以一款单正边触发 D 型 CMOS 触发器,带 3 态输出,属于安森美半导体的超高速系统 TinyLogic® ,采用节省空间的 SC70 6 引线封装。该器件使用先进的 CMOS 技术制造,可实现超高速和高输出驱动,同时可在非常宽的 VCC 运行范围内保持低静态功耗。该器件规定 VCC 运行范围为 1.65 至 5.5V。当 VCC 为 0V 时,输入和输出为高阻抗。输入耐压达 7V,而无论 VCC 运行电压如何。此单触发器在低-高电平时钟 (CP) 转换时存储符合设置和保持时间要求的 D 输入的状态。在 3 态条件下,输出耐压高于 VCC。
