MC74VHC595 是一款先进的高速 8 位移位寄存器,带输出存储寄存器,采用硅门极 CMOS 工艺制造。它实现了与同等双极肖特基 TTL 相似的高运行速度,同时保持了 CMOS 低功耗。MC74VHC595 包含一个 8 位静态移位寄存器,馈送 8 位存储寄存器。移位运行在移位时钟输入 (SCK) 正向转换时完成。输出寄存器在寄存器时钟输入 (RCK) 正在转换器加载移位寄存器的内容。因为 RCK 和 SCK 信号是独立的,所以并行输出在移位运行期间可保持稳定。另外,因为并行输出是 3 态的,所以 VHC595 可直接联接 8 位总线。此寄存器可用于串行-并行转换、数据接收器等。该内部电路由三级组成,包括一个提供高抗扰性和稳定输出的缓冲输出。输入耐压达 7V,支持 5V 系统到 3V 系统的接口。
