FXL2SD106 是一款可配置的双电压供电转换器,适用于两个逻辑电平之间的单向和双向电压转换。该器件实现了高达 3.6V 与低至 1.1V 之间的电压转换。A 端口跟踪 VCCA 电平,B 端口跟踪 VCCB 电平。可在多种电压等级之间实现双向电压转换: 1.2V、1.5V、1.8V、2.5V 和 3.3V。该器件将保持 3 态,直到两个 VCC 均达到有效电平,让任一 VCC 能够首先通电。如果任一 VCC 移除,内部电源关闭控制电路则会将器件置于 3 态。OE 输入处于低电平时则会将 A 端口和 B 端口同时置于高阻抗状态,从而将两者禁用。FXL2SD106 的设计使得 OE 和 CLK IN 通过 VCCA 供电。该器件自动感应 A 端口或 B 端口上的输入信号。输入信号传输到另一个端口。FXL2SD106 不适用于 SD 卡应用。内部总线保持电路与上拉电阻冲突。SD 卡在 CD/DAT3 引脚上具有内部上拉电阻。
