FXL4T245是一款可配置双电压电源转换器,设计用于两个电压电平之间的双向电压信号转换。该器件允许的电压转换范围为最高 3.6 V,最低 1.1 V。A端口跟踪VCCA电平,B端口则跟踪VCCB电平。两个端口均设计用于接受1.1V至3.6V的电源电压电平。这就允许在各种电压电平上进行双向电压转换:1.2 V、1.5 V、1.8 V、2.5 V和 3.3 V。
该器件将保持在3态状态,直到两个VCC都达到有效电平,从而允许任一VCC首先上电。该器件还包含关断控制电路,去除任一VCC后,将器件置于3态中。
传输/接收(T/R)输入决定通过器件的数据流的方向。当为高电平时,OE输入通过将A和B端口置于3态状态下来禁用A和B端口。FXL4T245设计为由VCCA提供控制引脚(T/R#和OE#)。
