FXL4TD245 是一款可配置的 4 位双电压供电转换器,适用于两个逻辑电平之间的单向和双向电压转换。该器件实现了高达 3.6V 与低至 1.1V 之间的电压转换。A 端口跟踪 VCCA 电平,B 端口跟踪 VCCB 电平。可在多种电压等级之间实现双向电压转换: 1.2V、1.5V、1.8V、2.5V 和 3.3V。该器件将保持 3 态,直到两个 VCC 均达到活动电平,让任一 VCC 能够首先通电。如果任一 VCC 移除,内部电源关闭控制电路则会将器件置于 3 态。发射/接收 (T/R) 输入确定数据流通过该器件的方向。OE 如果为高电平则会将 A 端口和 B 端口置于高阻抗状态,从而将两者禁用。FXL4TD245 的设计使得控制引脚 (T/R 和 OE) 通过 VCCA 供电。
