FXLA104 是一款可配置的双电压供电转换器,适用于两个逻辑电平之间的单向和双向电压转换。该器件可实现高达 3.6V 与低至 1.1V 之间的电压转换。A 端口跟踪 VCCA 电平,B 端口跟踪 VCCB 电平。可在多种电压等级之间实现双向电压转换:1.2V、1.5V、1.8V、2.5V 和 3.3V。 只要任一 VCC = 0V,该器件就保持三态,让任一 VCC 能够首先通电。如果任一 VCC 移除,内部电源关闭控制电路则会将器件置于 3 态。 /OE 输入为高电平时,则会将 A 和 B 端口同时置于 3 态状态,从而禁用它们。/OE 输入由 VCCA 提供。 FXLA104 支持双向转换,且无需方向控制引脚。该器件的两个端口都具有自动方向感应功能。任一端口都可感应输入信号,并将其作为输出信号传输到另一个端口。
