NLSX4014 是一款 4 位可配置双电源双向电平转换器,不需要方向控制引脚。IO VCC 和 IO VL 端口分别用于跟踪两个不同的电源轨,VCC 和 VL。VCC 电源轨的可配置范围为 1.3 V 至 4.5 V,而 VL 电源轨的可配置范围为 0.9 V 至 (VCC - 0.4) V。这就使得 VL 侧的更低电压逻辑信号能够转换为 VCC 侧更高电压逻辑信号,反之亦然。两个 I/O 端口均为自动感应,无需方向引脚。 输出启用 (EN) 输入为低电平时会将两个 I/O 端口置于 3 态,从而将其禁用。这就大幅降低了来自 VCC 和 VL 的电源电流。EN 信号用于跟踪 VL。
