LCX257 是一款四路 2 输入多工器，带 3 态输出。可以使用公共数据选择输入选择来自两个源的四位数据。四个输出以真实（未反相）形式呈现所选择的数据。通过在公共输出启用 (OE#) 输入上设置逻辑高电平，可以将输出切换到高阻抗状态，让输出能够直接接口总线导向系统。74LCX257 采用先进的 CMOS 工艺，在保持 CMOS 低功耗的同时，实现了高速运行。
