概览

MC14514B 和 MC14515B 是带锁存输入的 4-16 线路解码器的两个输出选件。MC14514B（输出有效高电平选件）在所选输出中显示逻辑“1”，而 MC14515B（输出有效低电平选件）在所选输出中显示逻辑“0”。锁存是 R-S 类触发器，保存从“1”到“0”的选通转换之前显示的最后一个输入数据。4 位锁存/4-16 线路解码器的这些高电平和低电平选件是在单片结构中使用 N 沟道和 P 沟道增强模式器件构建的。锁存是 R-S 类触发器，数据在选通输入端入射信号时被接收、解码并在输出端呈现。这些互补电路主要用于需要低功耗和/或高抗扰度的解码应用。
