NC7SZ18是一款1:2同相解复用器。 该器件将数据缓冲于A引脚然后传送至输出Y0或Y1，取决于选择引脚(S)分别为低电平或高电平。 未选择的输出将被置于高阻抗状态。 该器件采用先进的CMOS技术制造，可在高输出驱动下实现超高速度，同时在宽VCC工作范围内保持较低的静态功耗。 该器件额定工作范围为1.65V至5.5V VCC。 当VCC为0V时，输出和输出处于高阻抗状态。 输入端容许电压达到5.5V，不受VCC工作范围的支配。
