We may share your personal information and other information we collect with the following entities: ON Semiconductor and the rest of our corporate family; service providers; ad tech vendors and social networks; legal and law enforcement; new owners where there is a change of corporate control; other visitors to the site as to information you post; and others with your consent.

such as by commenting on a blog or participating in online forums or communities, when you interact with

We automatically collect personal information when you access and use our Services, including:
Identifiers: Identifiers such as your IP address, Internet service provider (ISP), mobile advertising ID, media access control (MAC) address, and identifiers associated with browser cookies, web beacons and similar technologies we deploy on our Services.
Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information: We may collect information about the devices and computers you use to access our Services such as browser type, language, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, and hyperlinks clicked. When you visit our Services, we collect usage information sent to us by your computer, mobile, or other access device that tells us how you are using the Services and other information about your internet activity (“usage information”).
Geolocation information: If you choose to install our mobile application and allow the use of your device’s location, we may receive geolocation data. We may also use collect your IP address and use to estimate your approximate location.

Your information will be retained in accordance with our data retention policy, which is designed to
retain data for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purposes for
which it was collected and consistent with our contractual obligations, employment obligations, and
other business purposes, including global legal obligations. The criteria
used to determine our retention periods include: (i) the length of time we have an ongoing relationship
with you and provide the Services to you (for example, as long as you have
an account with us or keep using the Services); (ii) whether there is a legal obligation to which we are
subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of your
transactions for a certain period of time before we can delete them); or (iii) whether retention is
advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard to the applicable
statutes of limitation, litigation or regulatory investigations). We may retain some information from
closed accounts so that we can comply with law, prevent fraud, assist with investigations, resolve
take other actions permitted by law. Likewise, if your account or membership is terminated or suspended,
we may maintain some information to prevent re-registration.

Sale of Personal Information: We do not sell your personal information for money but we and our business partners use tracking technologies to help us to understand our customers and visitors to the Services, to enhance your online experience, and customize our offerings in ways that may be deemed a “sale” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Protection Act (CCPA). This includes working with third parties such as ad networks that collect personal information via tracking technologies to personalize advertisements on and off our Services and to provide us with data collection, reporting, and ad response measurement. To the extent we or our partners use such technologies on the Services, we offer an opt-out as discussed in Section 5.
We do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 16.

We may store and process your information in the United States and around the world. We maintain reasonable technical, physical, and administrative security measures designed to help protect the security of your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. The Services is a general audience site and it is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information via our websites, applications, services, or tools from users in this age group. ON Semiconductor requires that you be 18 years of age to work in any of our facilities.
As we operate internationally, and many of our computer systems are currently based in the U.S. your personal information may be processed in the U.S. and in other parts of the world where we or our service providers have facilities. By using the Services you understand that your information will be transferred to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country. In certain circumstances, courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies or security authorities in those other countries may be entitled to access your Personal Information.
ON Semiconductor’s operation of the Services is in accordance with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Principles. With respect to the processing of personal data received or transferred pursuant to the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Principles, ON Semiconductor is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission.
ON Semiconductor is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives under the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf.
If ON Semiconductor does not resolve your complaint, you may submit your complaint free of charge to https://www.jamsadr.com/file-an-eu-us-privacy-shield-claim, ON Semiconductor’s designated independent dispute resolution provider. Under certain conditions specified by the principles of the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, you may also be able to invoke binding arbitration to resolve your complaint.
