AMIS-30532 是一款微步步进电机驱动器,适合双极步进电机。该芯片通过 IO 引脚和 SPI 接口与外部微处理器进行联接。它具有片上稳压器、重置输出和监控重置,能够为外围设备供电。AMIS-30532 包含一个电流转换表,根据 NXT 输入引脚上的时钟信号以及 DIR(方向)寄存器或输入引脚的状态采用下一个微步进。芯片提供所谓速度和负载角度输出。因此可以基于负载角度创建失速检测算法和控制环路,来调整扭矩和速度。它使用专属的 PWM 算法实现可靠的电流控制。AMIS-30532 采用 I2T100 技术,在同一芯片上同时实现了高压模拟电路和数字功能。芯片可完全兼容汽车电压要求。The AMIS-30532 非常适合汽车、工业、医疗和海洋环境中的通用步进电机应用。借助片上稳压器,它进一步减少了机械电子步进应用的 BOM。
