Sunny Gupta

Bio

Sunny joined onsemi as Senior Vice President, Global Manufacturing, in August 2026. He brings more than 30 years of semiconductor operations leadership experience across manufacturing, quality, technology development, supply chain, procurement and global operational transformation. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Power Integrations, where he led global operations and technology organizations. He previously held senior leadership roles at Renesas, Intersil, Qualcomm and National Semiconductor.
