Webinar: Secure End-to-End Bluetooth® Low Energy Technology

IoT deployments need high security, a critical requirement given that IoT edge node devices are particularly susceptible to security threats as well as recent cybersecurity legislation (e.g., California’s IoT Security Law, ETSI EN 303 645) that requires it. IoT solution design must balance the desire for robust security with considerations of computing, memory resources, and increased power consumption. This presentation will discuss the implementation of robust and highly efficient cryptographic algorithms on a Bluetooth Low Energy edge device. We’ll cover common types of security threats, and development options for secure IoT solutions with critical security features, including device-to-device authentication, data protection, and secure firmware updates.
