NCP1396 A/B 提供构建可靠耐用的谐振模式电源所需的一切功能。其独特结构包括了一个 500 kHz 电压控制振荡器,其控制模式可在需要 OR 功能时带来灵活性,如多反馈路径实施中。由于其专属高电压技术,该控制器适用于与一个自举 MOSFET 驱动器一起用于半桥应用,接受最高 600 V 的大电压。多种反应时间的保护功能,如立即关断或基于计时器的事件、欠电压、断开光耦合器检测等,有助于产生更安全的转换器设计,而不会提高电路复杂度。可调死区时间还有利于降低击穿电流,也有利于提高开关频率。
