The AS0147AT is a 1.3MP format digital image sensor and image sensor processor for automotive viewing applications. The device includes full auto−functions support (Auto White Balance and Auto Exposure) and ALTM (Adaptive Local Tone Mapping) to enhance HDR video. The AS0147AT implements the latest high−performance 3 µm BSI Pixel with Super−Exposure HDR Mode. Captured linear or HDR images may be output via the parallel port. The AS0147AT may be operated in video (master) mode or in single frame trigger mode, providing flexibility for multi−camera systems
