PYTHON 5000是一款1英寸530万像素CMOS 图像传感器,像素阵列为2592 X 2048。
高灵敏度的4.8 µm x 4.8 µm像素支持低噪点触发全局快门读出模式。另外,全局快门模式下的关联双采样(CDS)可降低噪点,提高动态范围。
这款传感器具有片上可编程增益放大器和10位A/D转换器。集成时间和增益参数可以重新配置,且不会出现任何可见的图像瑕疵。可选配片上自动曝光控制环路(AEC)来动态控制这些参数。图像的黑度等级可自动校准或通过增加用户可编程的偏移进行调整。
采用四线串行外围接口,较高的可编程度让用户能够读取具体的感兴趣区域(ROI),最多可编程多达16个区域,实现更高的帧速率。这款传感器的P1版本具有8个LVDS通道,在零ROT模式下可实现每秒高达100帧的速率。P3 版本具有4个LVDS通道,在零ROT模式下实现最高每秒45帧的速率。每个沟道均以720 Mbps运行。还提供了一个包含负载信息的单独同步沟道,实现接收端的图像重构。
PYTHON 5000采用84引脚LCC封装,提供单色、彩色和扩展近红外 (NIR)版本,可选择带或不带保护胶带。
