该肖特基整流器运用肖特基势垒原理,采用大面积金属-硅功率二极管。该肖特基整流器的先进几何结构采用铬势垒金属、氧化物钝化以及金属覆盖触点的外延结构。该整流器适用于低压高频逆变器、续流二极管和极性保护二极管。

    Mechanical Characteristics:
  • Case: Epoxy, Molded

  • Finish: All External Surfaces Corrosion Resistant and Terminal Leads are Readily Solderable
  • Shipped in plastic bags, 1000 per bag.
  • Available Tape and Reeled, 5000 per reel, by adding a "RL" suffix to the part number
  • Polarity: Cathode Indicated by Polarity Band
  • Marking: 1N5817, 1N5818, 1N5819
  • Lead Temperature for Soldering Purposes: 260°C Max for 10 seconds
  • These are Pb-Free Devices
