KAE-02150 图像传感器是一款 1080p (1920 x 1080) CCD,采用 2/3" 光学制式,在极低光度应用中提供卓越的成像性能。 该传感器四个输出中的每个输出都同时结合了传统的水平 CCD 寄存器和高增益 EMCCD 寄存器。 场景内可切换增益功能会以像素为基础对每个电荷包进行采样。这就让摄像头系统能够基于用户可选择的阈值确定电荷通过正常的增益输出还是 EMCCD 输出进行路由。 此功能可以实现极低光度下的成像,即使明亮物体位于黑暗场景中也是如此,允许一个摄像头在阳光到星光下均能捕获优质图像。 此图像传感器基于 5.5 微米行间转移 CCD 平台,具有扩展的动态范围、卓越的成像性能,以及可使用 1、2 或 4 个输出的灵活读取结构。 垂直溢出漏极结构抑制了图像高光,提供卓越的 MTF,实现了用于精确曝光控制的电子快门。
